It’s a full-body, low‑impact workout performed on a reformer machine—think of a spring-loaded platform with straps and pulleys. It’s designed to boost strength, flexibility, posture, and core control—all while being gentle and adaptable to different fitness levels.

Wear comfortable fitted activewear that allow for movement. Grip socks are essential—for hygiene and safety—these are available to purchase in the studio. Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.

You can manage your booking via the Precision Pilates app.

We have an 18 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot attend a class please log into you account before the cancellation window to cancel your booking.

Please ensure you notify your instructor as we are required to make modifications to the class. It is your responsibility to assess your own physical conditions limitations that may pose a threat to you and your baby. We do offer bespoke 1‑to‑1 sessions to help you stay active comfortably.

Once the class has started no one will be admitted.  Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled class time to get set up.  No refunds or credits will be made for late attendance. 

Yes there are a few options:

  • Market Street, on street or within the square. This can be busy during working hours
  • King Street, G65 0AW, which is behind the studio
  • Various on street parking within a couple of minutes walk
