– Reschedule or cancel a booking via the Precision Pilates app.

 – Cancellations made more than 18 hours before the scheduled class will be fully refunded or credited back to your account.

 – Cancellations within 18 hours of the scheduled class will result in the loss of the full class fee or credit.

 – No Shows (failure to attend a booked class without prior cancellation) will incur a full charge

 – Lateness policy, I understand if I am more than 5 minutes late, I will be unable to participate and will forfeit my class with no refund or credit to my account.
