I am a certified Pilates instructor, who has qualified with YMCA awards Level 3 Diploma in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. I began dancing at a very young age, training with Scottish Ballet. As soon I began my Pilates journey I fell in love with it due to its similarity to dance.
I offer a range of classes that combines the classical Pilates approach with a modern contemporary twist.
I love the way Pilates makes you feel, being able to switch off from the outside world and really dive deep into moving your body with flow. The mind to muscle body connection is a huge part of Pilates and it gives you that feel good factor.

Pilates has been such a big part of my life for years. What started as a way to exercise and become more confident, became a real passion, and now I’m so grateful to be able to share that with others. I love creating classes that feel welcoming, uplifting, and most importantly meeting everyone who comes along! whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to take your practice further, I’d love to help you feel good in your body and leave each class stronger, calmer, and more confident!
